Welcome to the Science Revolution Dictionary page. This dictionary is an ongoing project of mine, and will include a huge number of entries from many aspects of science. Currently, there isn't very much to this, and most of the definitions featured presently are from biology. Eventually, this dictionary will cover as many definitions from science as possible, and may even include pictures (when needed, or I feel it necessary.) This will hopefully be more than just a dictionary, however. Most of the entries found in this dictionary will be from link on other pages also included on this website, and the general intent of the terms listed is to be a basis for laypeople. Many of these terms can be defined in a more detailed way, but since this is intended for a general audience, much of the detail may be omitted. The bulk of the definition will be included. As in any dictionary, all entries are listed alphabetically.
Topics in the dictionary are now color coded by topic. They can be understood by the examples below.
Astronomy
Topics that would be considered under Astronomy will have a blue color, like this.
Biology
Topics that would be considered under Biology will have a green color, like this. This includes topics that fall under biochemistry, botany, anatomy, etc.
Chemistry
Topics that would be considered as Chemistry will have this red color.
Geology
Topics that would be considered under Geology will have this orange color.
Math and Physics
Topics that would fall under Math or Physics will have this yellow color.
Social Science
Topics that would be considered under Social Science, like anthropology, will have a purple border, like this.
General
Topics that fall under more than one classification will have this generic gray color to them.
