My name is Ryan Robinson, and I am a recent college graduate of Geology Eastern Washington University. The reason why I have created this website is to help promote science education, something that is very near and dear to me. My goals with finishing my education is to one day be a university professor, perhaps teaching paleontology as well as other related classes. I have interests in most areas of science; although I'm currently assigned as a geology major, I have added Biology as a minor. Along with that, I have a pretty strong background in physics (minor). My specific interest in geology is vertebrate paleontology, and I would like to focus on learning about the dinosaur bird relationships, a fascinating and fast-paced field. Since much of the new information we have been getting regarding dinosaurs and their relationship to birds has been coming from China, I have also learned a bit of Chinese, and I would love the opportunity to develop my Chinese language skills, and visit the country to look at the new specimens first-hand. I hope that this website is useful to you; it isn't supposed to be a complex site. If you have any questions or concerns about the site, or simply want to let me know what you think about the site, please feel free to email me at Ryan Robinson. |
